Refund and Returns Policy
Our approach to refunds and exchanges is tailored to each situation. For assistance, please contact our customer support team by submitting a ticket through our system at the Contact Us page or emailing us at [email protected]. Typically, inquiries are addressed within 24 hours.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, kindly submit your request within 14 days of receiving your product.
IMPORTANT NOTE
As your order is custom printed specifically for you, we are not liable for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when selecting the style and fit of their purchase. To assist you in choosing the right size, refer to the size chart available on each product page under the Product Details link.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION
You have 24 hours from placing your order to contact our customer service team for modifications or cancellation. Once 24 hours have passed, your order enters production and cannot be altered.
DAMAGED / INCORRECT ORDER
While we strive for product quality and order accuracy, there may be instances of receiving a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or an incorrect product. If this occurs, contact us with your order number and clear photos depicting the issue. Email us at [email protected], and our support staff will arrange a reprint or refund for you.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your item hasn’t arrived within 30 days for apparel products and 60 days for pillow covers, shoes, or saddlebags, contact us through the Contact Us page. We offer a free replacement order or a full refund. Please note exceptions for errors in shipping details provided by customers or missed parcel deliveries.
RETURN & REFUND
In most cases, we will replace defective items or an incorrect order upon receiving a photograph illustrating the specific problem and including the order number.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team. Please be aware that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Note: Items in used condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. New and unused items received by customers within 30 days qualify for returns or exchanges. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the receipt of goods.
To qualify for a refund, ensure:
- The product was purchased within the last 30 days
- The product is unwashed, unworn, and unused
- The product or printing is defective, or the final product differs from the ordered one
To request a refund, customers must submit a request within 14 days of receiving the product, accompanied by images illustrating the issue.
We accept refund/exchange requests for the following reasons only:
- Damaged items
- Product received differs from the website/store
- Product received is not what was ordered
- Poor print quality
- Wrong color
- Wrong size
